Delivery was fine but the app sucks.have register to use the recording system. When the thing drops one has to login again, but the login button takes an act of god to illuminate, maybe it's me,

DISAPPOINTED: The Pulse Oximeter works as expected. However, cannot access the app. Have tried to contact company for support but their email does not even work. For me, the main attraction was to be able to use it with the app.

Customer service is great. Communication is timely and the product works great. We ordered the parvo tests for dogs. We will order from the company again.
