Smileactives Tracking Order Status

i do not know how they got a hold of my credit card and stated shipping kits to me- this company is a scam - I then created an account thinking I could cancel any future orders but the website does not give you this option - they want you to call them -

They charge you $100 for the subscription you never opted for and there is no way to cancel it. They say to return the item for the refund but it costs more to ship it and you get nothing. In addition there is no difference after using the product. It’s a financial scam company. Stay away from it

RUN FROM THIS COMPANY! This is 100% a scam. You buy 1 product and the enroll you into a $100 3 month plan of products without your consent. There is no way to cancel or adjust anything on your own. Then they tell you they will refund you in full when you return the product which actually costs money to return. Now they are telling me I don't get the full refund, because they need to take $10 for their own shipping costs. This means that I gave this company $30 and never got anything in return since I only get $20 back and it cost me $17 to ship it. They have wasted my time even more! They are NOT to be trusted. I pray they have cancelled my subscription but there is no way to do it myself and that is just BAD BUSINESS. They need to be SHUTDOWN and arrested because this is criminal.

Placed an order for a toothbrush and whitener and paid with credit card. one moth later Smileactives sent an email that they were sending another shipment. I emailed, called, and cancelled. It took a lot to cancel this. They sent order anyway. Got money back from credit card. I continue to be billed twice the amount of the original order. Original order was $53.00 and the second sending (not ordered) was $107.00. Very Bad Business Practice and not at all transparent.
