Smelly Proof Tracking Order Status

This company does not abide by their "lifetime guarantee" on the zipper. They also claim their products are "freezer-safe," but hand washing them with mild detergent and taking out the extra moisture with a towel before air drying has resulted in nearly every zipper on 10+ bags, even the "heavy duty" ones to start literally missing pieces and start becoming harder to open and close without almost breaking after only one month of use. While initially they had responded to my first problem of missing bags in the order, they now refuse to reply to my emails and ignore the promise of helping with failing zippers. They have low-quality "made in USA" products not for a cheap price and inconsistent customer service that leaves the customer frustrated when anything happens to the bags.
