They have excellent technical support and a great approach to meeting user needs. Thanks to them and the technical team.

Speed is very good, and support is fast—proxies are stable. However, one of my subscriptions was extended even though I remember canceling it, and they didn’t want to offer a refund, even though it was clear I used 0MB of bandwidth, meaning I didn’t use the service at all. I suggest making the refund policy much easier for users who accidentally extend and don’t use the service. Also, in another project where a refund was needed, they issued it as credits instead of refunding to the card, even though there was a long history of successful purchases. Ups and downs.

They are very responsive on the support chat, and you can always reach out to them for any troubleshooting. However, they need to improve some of their products instead of relying on third parties. I'm hoping the X browser gets improved soon. Anyway, it’s a very good quality product and offers great value for the money.
