My item did not arrive next day - was sent by Royal Mail and more than week later on the tracking still no delivery. I didn’t want to ask my friends have you received my gift so contacted Smart Gift. They tracked the gift and advised me that no tracking was on the system and that I contact the recipient before they would send a replacement. I contacted the recipient and embarrassingly they had received their gift next day. They were thrilled and so was I. I was reassured by Smart Gift and would use them again - the lady I spoke to had a lovely telephone manner, thank you for your understanding- I will return!
