Smallwoods Tracking Order Status

Ever since having our first grandchild seven years ago, we have used Smallwoods as our go to business for our large photos for our wall settings. There was only one time that a frame came damaged and without any hassle, they replaced immediately. We know have 6 grandchildren, and the photo this year needed a speciality sized frame. Their website made it easy to order it, the communication chain on email was super smooth and quick….within the same day of the order, we had the quote, the sample picture and all I had to do was pay! Smallwoods customer service is outstanding. They may have grown but have kept the personal touch of a small family business. Absolutely amazing experience!! From start to finish- extremely communicative. I always got a response within 24 hours. I submitted 5 photos — 2 needed to be edited. Everything was submitted to their editing team and approved all within a day. Also their prices are the best. I did my research and they are by far the most affordable and their quality exceeds all others. If you are on the fence - this is your sign to order your prints!!!

Amazing Experience. We were a first time buyer with Smallwood from a recommendation of our church. This company exceeds expectations from ordering to delivery. We had a minor issue with our print that was no fault of theirs. They immediately worked to fix the issue and ship out a new print. Amazing customer service!! I had a small issue with a print, and they quickly responded to my email and remedied the problem right away. The frames are exactly what I expected, and my prints are beautiful! I will order from Smallwood over and over again!
