I ordered a replacement blade for my Cuisinart Chopper over the phone and provided my mailing address along with my email and never received a shipping confirmation. 3 weeks later I contacted Maria who had taken my order and told her I had not received a shipping confirmation. She claimed that she emailed the confirmation and that the item had been shipped. I requested the tracking number and noticed that the item was in transit back to the store. I reached out to Maria who said that I did not give her my apartment number and that she would contact the post office to add my apartment number. Two weeks went by so I called Maria again who told me the package had been returned and that she would reship my item. Another two weeks went by, I emailed the company and did not receive a reply. I called Maria to ask what was going on and she said that a refund has been issued and that there would be an additional fee to ship my item because I provided an incomplete address. I told her I had provided my full address and that it was not my fault if she did not write it correctly, she was extremely rude and condescending, she told me to order from another company and hung up on me. I do not recommend purchasing anything from this second-rate company. UPDATE: Small Appliance conducts fraudulent practices. Maria from customer service told me that a refund was processed for the item I never received. I checked with my credit card and Maria did not issue the full refund. I am reporting the company to Visa and the Better Business Bureau. Not only did Maria give me the runaround for nearly 2 months but flat out lied to me multiple times. By the look of all the reviews I read I'm not the only one who has been scammed.

This company is a nightmare.I called about getting a Braun charger repaired & the rude,obnoxious woman their said it would be $100 + freight there and back.A new one is under $60 and she said too bad that is the price.I asked to talk with a repair guy and she said they were too busy.She promptly hung up the phone with a nasty attitude.I can not believe that Braun uses this company as their Northeast "service center".If you don't know a answer find out.I will be sending my charger to another shaver repair company or buying a new one for 1/2 the price.

Ordered part (shown as in stock) in October 2021. Nothing. Received email part was in Feb 1, 2022. Received part. Saw immediately it was not correct. Received RAN returned item. Have never heard from the company again. Scam. Do NOT purchase from these dishonest company.

I spoke to Maria today who stated the my order had been delivered. I never received it. She said it was delivered to a white house with black windows. We have many of those around here. Told me to go search the neighborhood for it. She then proceded to tell me I was a "fraudulent customer" so she didn't have to deal with me. All in all, horrible customer service. And finally I asked Maria to send me am email stating the disposition of my order, proof it was delivered. She did not. Just terrible customer service. Worst that I can remember.

Exact same as the other review: ordered a part for my coffee maker, after a week i tried emailing for a status update but immediately received a response in all caps about how they don't check emails. I tried calling. My call was answered by the rudest lady I e ever met. She couldn't fathom how I wouldn't want to wait months to be able to make coffee again. I eventually told her to cancel the order and she yelled FINE at me and hung up. I guess I need to file a dispute with PayPal now because I trust her less than my broken coffee maker.
