SlideBelts Tracking Order Status

The problem with these belts is that they will not wear out! I have worn two of them for over four years now. I have new ones in my closet and most likely they will be worn by my heirs.

I'm rating two stars based on two main reasons: 1. I ordered the survival belt and found that the release lever would not stay retracted. Customer service was very good and sent two replacements, but unfortunately both of those did the same thing. Slidebelts is having issues with the levers staying in place. 2. I wrote the company president, and at first, his responses were very thoughtful. The problem came when he offered to send me a free survival belt because of the problems I'd been having, but after I accepted his offer, I never heard back from him. If this is the kind of leadership this company has, I will never order from this company again. UPDATE 6/7: This update is in response to the company’s reply. They mentioned that I preferred a refund in lieu of a belt replacement. Here’s what happened: Customer service sent me THREE survival buckles, all of which had the same defect. After the third buckle, I figured that another one would be the same, so why bother, and at that point, I asked for, and received, a full refund, but that’s not the issue. When I wrote the CEO, I advised him in no uncertain terms that I had returned everything that had been shipped to me (and again, I was refunded in full), but even with that, he offered me a free belt. Not sure… maybe he didn’t read that part of my message. If there comes a time when they can resolve the issues with the buckles (which they are aware), I would not mind trying it again. I just need to make sure the design works properly.

SlideBelts makes high-quality belts and buckles. The customer service is first-class and efficient. I own several belts for all occasions. Additionally, I have given these belts as gifts to many friends, for which, they now swear by them as one of the best inventions for everyday use.

I have purchased several slide belts for myself(3), my wife(2) and my three sons(1 each). For the 2-years we have been using slide belts, all have worked flawlessly. My wife was so impressed with her thin white slide belt, that she purchased an extra one to keep at our vacation home…just in case. Our family uses and loves slide belts. We can’t say enough good things about them!
