The primary feature of Slice is that it makes more money for the local pizza shops in your town and provides you with a reward for both loyalty to the shop and the app. It makes ordering an ease and in the rich environment of quality pizza in Connecticut I can use it for multiple pizza shops. Mistakes do occur but Slice has a dedicated help chat (even at night when pizza is typically ordered) that works to assess any error in your order and provide a remedy immediately. Highly recommended regardless of your location. They can even try to lure your favorite pizza joint onto the app so you can frequent them as well.

I have had 2 opportunities to interact with Slice employees after I have made orders online. Both times the person that answered my request was polite, helpful, hurried and fixed the problem. Once it was my fault and the other was the fault of the resturant. Both times I got above and beyond treatment from the representatives.

I placed an order online and forgot to note Gluten Free. I immediately reached out and asked if the order could be updated. Without heat station they were going to make the update immediately. Within seconds I received a phone call confirming what was just discussed. If I didn’t catch my mistake my daughter would have gotten extremely ill. I cannot thank the team enough for the follow thru and how pleasant they were to speak with.

Slice you're one of the best service apps that I have come across that follows Superior Customer Service skills. Slice makes sure the restaurant experience is pleasant and tasteful.

Always a great experience—the Slice app is easy to use and Pizza Points rack up pretty fast for free pizza. I had an issue recently and contacted customer service via chat, the rep was nice, helpful and solved my problem quickly.
