Sleepstar Tracking Order Status

Non existent customer service - have emailed 3 times to discuss a return and have been completely ignored. Heed with caution!

Worst company ever. They sell terrible quality masks and it's been three weeks asking for a refund. They lie and say they never get your messages but they just avoid refunding. Reporting to trading standards.

Very happy with the product from Sleepstar. No problems with the order. The service was sent 1st Class with Royal Mail and arrived in excellent time. Will be sure to recommend you. Thank you.

Had so much hassle with this company. Tried to order a pack of ear plugs - which never arrived. Customer services stopped replying to my emails so I had to open a case with Paypal to get the money back. Would never attempt to order from them again! Update: changed from 1 to 2 stars as the ear plugs arrived eventually (almost a month after ordering). Website is co.uk but items are being sent from Malta so perhaps this is why.
