Slane Cycles Tracking Order Status

Slane has components that can't be found elsewhere. They were also very responsive when I inquired about shipping times to the US. Highly recommend.

Got the product I wanted quickly. However, service was let down by communication. The first I heard back from Slane Cycles was the Trustpilot review request. I did not receive (email) order confirmation or despatch advice, my order was showing as 'pending' on the website. I called and emailed asking when it would be despatched but no response. I will probably buy from Slane Cycles again, but please improve the communication so I can go with 5 starts next time.
