The plane took off and landed well. The service was good too. We got some snacks and drinks which isn’t common at all nowadays. But the seats were horrible. In Germany, you call cheap airlines “Bretter-Airline” (like “wood-Airline”) and now I know why. It felt like I am sitting just on a wood bench. Very uncomfortable.

My initial impression of them was terrible. I made a small mistake and the initial response was basically to suck it up. But then after some back and forth by EMail they came back and allowed me to fix it. So overall, I'm happy that they were able to accommodate and realized that there are all sorts of situations and not everything should be done by the book.

Good air company. Affordable tickets, comfortable flight, friendly staff, even water provided. Way better than UIA (МАУ). Recommended!

Overall service was ok but I paid for surpirse gift thing which was suppose to be on board meal or something(surprising). They never provided me with anything. I asked flight attendant, also asked customer service and they never really helped me. Customer service was slow and wasnt fully addressing my concerns. I would try to avoid this airlines if I could.
