I ordered two pairs of inline skates. We tried them at home, the size was too small for both. We returned them - it costs $15 for shipping. Customer support at first refunded 25% less arguing that they have been used. After a friendly conversation with the customer support, they checked (and sent us) the pictures taken by the returns team and refunded us the remaining 25% as well. Overall, it was a fair experience.

On May 23rd I ordered a pair of leather speed skate boots for my daughter $349 I never received the boots made multiple phone calls left multiple voicemails sent multiple emails now the website is shut down the phone number goes to voicemail but nobody ever returns your call. I have already contacted the Attorney General in my state of Pennsylvania and California and I've also filed a complaint with the consumer safety board in San Francisco. The credit card company says because it was a authorized purchase it's not considered fraud even though I didn't get the product ! I recommend anyone that has been scammed by this company to contact the Attorney General in their state or the consumer protection agency and file a formal complaint !

I ordered skates on 5/13, was charged immediately which is unusual. However, I did receive a callback from Ms. Sloan in Customer Service and she graciously explained the delay and started the refund process.

I have read some unsatisfactory reviews about this company but I desperately needed some replacement wheels for my inline skates and a new set of brake pads. To be very honest I didn't have the slightest clue about the size wheels I needed or brakepads. I spoke with Cust Serv Rep Rubin. He had excellent knowledge of my set up, come to find out my skates are called Hi-Lo skates, meaning they have 2 different size wheels for an enhanced overall ride ( I did not know that). While they didn't have my exact model wheels, they did have the correct sizes I needed. After reading a review about the return policy I took it upon myself as a consumer to inquire about the return policy, I mean (as a comsumer we do have certain responsibilities to arm OURSELVES with as much as information as possible BEFORE making a purchase). He was very patient with me and explained the return policy in great length. Though I may not have agreed with having to pay for shipping both ways, in case the merchandise didn't fit properly, I was very pleased with the tips he provided me with to ensure I did get the correct size to avoid a possible return. He advised me on several different topics, ranging from navigating the site to what shipping time frames I could expect, what merchandise comes from which warehouses and availability of items. I think people need to take responsibilty for their own purchases and mistakes and I really feel like some of this has alot to do with buyers remorse. As a small business owner myself, I see alot of this and I am truly happy I gave them shot and didn't rush to judgement based on the opinions of others.
