While having a product with a defect is never expected the response from the manufacture and their customer service group to the situation can sometimes be frustrating. From my personal experience sixthreezero and its customer support team (especially Marry) quickly responded and professionally addressed the problem to my complete satisfaction. Great ebike….however emails never get answered….

I specifically ordered a step-through sixthreezero ebike because I'm short, and thought it would meet my needs. It arrived with a broken part, and took quite a while to receive a replacement. The controller is defective, and the motor cuts out, it registers going 26 mph when standing still, the throttle control is loose and sometimes does not engage. They sent a new controller, but it was the wrong one. I was actually hoping to ride this bike, not have to have my husband rebuild it. I really expected better quality for the price.
