Sixt Tracking Order Status

Experience with sixt Queenstown was great until I returned the vehicle I left my GoPro on the dash, after multiple calls to customer service I never got an answer at all or a call back! leaving emails and still nothing, obviously my mistake leaving it in the vehicle but on the front dash it would be obvious the people cleaning would hand it in or something

I must admit that I was shocked when I saw all this negative scores. That is the reason I am writing my experiences with Sixt. My favourite Rent a Car company is definetly Sixt. I was renting cars from Sixt in France, Denmark, Cyprus and even in California USA... Now I have booked it in Albania. I always got the very new cars and often an upgrade. I am always excpect the highest possible quality of service. Never had any issues, the processes went smoothly and transparent. The stuff was also very professional in every country. And they have offices and a garages straight at the airports.

I have been renting from SIXT Downtown Fort Worth for 6 months, exchanging my rental every 28 days. I have had the Best Car Rental Experience. The ENTIRE Team is Awesome! If I could give them 10 Stars I would!! Keep Up the Great Work Fort Worth SIXT!

Ik verbaas me toch wel over de vele negatieve reviews.. Afgelopen keer voor het eerst gebruikgemaakt van Sixt en ik heb alleen maar complimenten voor het personeel. Binnengelopen op de ophaallocatie in Den Haag en werd hier vriendelijk te woord gestaan door de medewerker(s). Mijn oorspronkelijke keuzes waren helaas niet beschikbaar zoals de site aangaf, maar er werd actief meegedacht om mij toch met een auto uit hetzelfde segment weg te laten rijden. Auto was schoon, volgetankt en had vele extra opties voor zowel het exterieur als interieur. Ophalen en inleveren was erg simpel en ook heb ik netjes mijn borg teruggekregen, zonder enige andere extra verborgen kosten. Sixt Den Haag CS, bedankt en tot snel!

My best memories of renting a car from Sixt Seattle Tacoma. My flight was delayed more than four hours, I updated my arrival by email to Sixt. Although I arrived at the rental office after closing hours, there was a clerk waiting for me, with whom I quickly and efficiently settled the formalities. Since I was going to the Rocky Mountains, he advised me to also purchase Road Assistance. I got a car, which would normally cost over a hundred and fifty dollars more, for the price of the one I ordered online. The return of the car was also after business hours, but it was done very efficiently and quickly. I received the report of inspection of the car in a few hours after the return, no additional and imaginary damage added. The list of all known so far defects and damages was attached to the inspection report. Invoice for the rental period was also received by email the next day. Despite the fact that I have been driving rental cars for more than forty years, I believe that Sixt beats all previous rental companies. From now on, whenever possible, I will always rent cars from Sixt.
