Product arrived unsealed and used. Reported the issue to Sisley and received response they no longer seal products. I wrote back to Sisley and called them and left a voicemail but no one called me or replied to my email. I am not prepared to spend that much money for a used product in future especially one that arrived used. Very poor communication and service. I therefore purchased another one from Harrods who assured me their stock was sealed. When it arrived the Harrods product was not sealed. I now have two products both unsealed and one used. Over £400 wasted in my opinion. If Sisley no longer seal their products I will not be purchasing Sisley in the future. Update 23 March 2023 Agreed to a full refund when they received the product back which was 10 days ago in the condition it was received which was unsealed. I have to pay my own postage which was £8.95. Have emailed them 3 times and received one holding reply. They have now closed my Sisley account and I have lost the £17 rewards I earned purchasing products from them. It appears I only have two options open to me which is raise a chargeback with my credit card under section 75 or instigate legal action to recover the funds. Very disappointed in Sisley and how they have acted and it’s their decision to now send out products unsealed which sadly they could have been used returned and sent out the product to another customer. Avoid this company. I spent a lot of money with them over the years and this is how they act. Disgraceful.

Obwohl der Inhalt der Tube ( Produkt gekauft vor 2 Monaten für 118,-) nicht dem Solltzustand entspricht (Konsistenz etc.) was auch von der Parfümerie bestätigt wurde, verweigert Sisley den Umtausch. Begründung: Eine Rücknahme bzw. Umtausch sei bei Produkten, die im Fachhandel gekauft wurden, nicht vorgesehen. Bei einer Preisklasse von über €100 solle man meiner Meinung nach durchaus davon ausgehen können, dass das VOR dem Versand in den Fachhandel stattgefunden hat und nicht nur, wenn überhaupt, eine nachlässige Stichprobe. Ich persönlich habe nicht die Absicht, meine Gesundheit durch merkwürdige Konsistenzen zu schädigen. Schon gar nicht, wenn diese über 100 EUR kosten.

Die Bestellung erfolgte über Sisley.com. Die Retour zu Bestell-Nr. P02250562 ging am 16.09.2021 dort ein, die Rückerstattung fehlt jedoch bis heute. Habe mittlerweile den PayPal-Käuferschutz aktiviert. Im Internet steht, dass die Rückvergütung in 3-5 Werkstagen nach Eingang der Retour erfolgt. Ich bestelle dort sicher nichts mehr.
