Simply Supplements Tracking Order Status

My save and subscribe order for Maxi-Joint Plus 1000mg for Medium to Large Dogs is currently out of stock until September. Spoke to Natalie who apologised for them not being available and was extremely helpful in suggesting alternative products. Not only was I able to choose one of these but she also gave me the discounted price although being an 'one off' order until my regular product is back in stock. It's so nice to speak to someone that is friendly, informative and takes the time to help, fantastic customer service.

I had afew problems with my order and called Simply. I spoke to a lady called Charlie she was polite, concise, took ownership of my query and kept me updated until I received my shipment. Having worked in customer service myself I knew what to expect from a customers point of view and I received it from Charlie, thank you Charlie. If Simply run an agents reward scheme Charlie should be rewarded. A big thank you also to Charlie's colleague Rachel who was also very supportive.

It is always a good experience dealing with Simply Supplements. The products are outstanding both in price and quality and the service is excellent. I have been their customer for many years already and will continue to be so. Highly recommended.
