Simply Pleasure Tracking Order Status

NO REFUNDS or even EXCHANGES! This was not made clear to me when I bought an expensive item and changed my mind before even taking it out of the bag. I was told it was shop policy but Customer Services might help. CS said it was up to the shop. I just wanted an exchange. SP should sell you items in sealed plastic as they do on line, and allow untouched returns, as they do on line. It makes it look like they deliberately break the seal so they don't have to be bothered with exchanges. Also very dodgy receipt practice of allocating prices to non-bought items. Pity, inflexible company policy spoiled my review of a good shop.

Ordered a few bits twice now online, service and products are fantastic. Wife is very happy Great quality, great price and as I said above fantastic service. Great new website which seems to be getting better each day, easy to browse and order. Won't be using anyone else from now on. Thank you guys, keep up the good work

It was my partner's and my first time walking into an adult shop, so we naturally felt a little awkward and uncomfortable, however as soon as we stepped in, we felt quite normal. The staff were extremely friendly which helped the positive experience. We were surprised to see lots of couples in there shopping away! Great shop, lots of items and selections to pick from, so you certainly can find what you're looking for. Would definitely recommend a visit here.

Visited the Taunton store today and was pleasantly surprised with the store selection! The staff member was friendly and extremely knowledgeable with products and uses.
