Simply Organic Bamboo Tracking Order Status

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. This company is a scam. I bought sheets for my son and he though they looked too silky. Despite them having a clear return policy on their website, I have not been able to return the sheets. The only thing we did was open the packaging of one pillow, touched it, and folded it back in its packaging, as new. Sheets are untouched. I have been trying to return my order but despite multiple emails back and forth, the company has not given me any instructions. Instead they have been stalling and sending me weird questions or trying to get me to use the sheet for 30 days before returning. In my last, exasperated email to them, I threatened to leave public reviews unless they gave me return instructions as per their policy and this was their reply: «  Am I correct in that all 3 of the items are still new in packaging, then?« . That information was already given twice in prior emails.
