Simply Hike UK Tracking Order Status

I needed to get a backpack quickly. I just missed their deadline for next day delivery so I rang them up instead and they said to leave the order as standard delivery and they would make sure it went on next day, which they did. The backpack arrived today before lunchtime and I could not be happier with it and the service.

Ordered a hat, unfortunately ordered the wrong size. Returned for exchange however size required was out of stock so a refund was issued promptly and hassle free. Will definitely be shopping with them again soon. Great customer service, a credit to the company. Darren Davis

My experience with them so far is really positive.... Fast delivery, and a very helpful, understanding, and obliging customer service team. Sadly, I can`t afford a lot of what they are selling, or they don`t stock some items I want, but they are very efficient, more than fair, and I would highly recommend this company. Buy from them with absolute confidence.

We were let down by another company (E******GB) when ordering a rucsac for a holiday trip, so got a refund. Then with only 48hrs before leaving, we went to the Simply Hike website and they had the same rucsac to me within 24hrs (next day delivery).... great price, no hassle website, easy menus, great delivery in 24hrs (even though we live in Scottish Highlands and many other sellers refuse to deliver to us in 24hrs). Simply wont bother using anyone else in the future!

It's a good company. Bought some pants: very good price and no problems with the delivery,
