I just got my first online ordered prescription bifocals with my frames. WOW! This is the first pair of perfect glasses in 60 years! Wish I'd done this sooner.

They have a great selection of frames and even had my favorite frames that I though were discontinued but they ordered them directly from the manufacture. Due to financial circumstances I had to cancel the order before they were shipped and I couldn't have received any better customer service. they responded to my email and even called me immediately and settled the cancellation/refund. absolutely great service and this will now be the go-to spot to buy my glasses!

I have a prescription which is impossible to fill locally. This company walked me through the process of getting what I need, rechecked vital information, and filled the prescription promptly. Cindy was excellent! She took pains to be sure everything was correct and worked directly with the lens maker to be sure of the details. I'm still in the process of becoming accustomed to my new "specs" but I have full confidence that if I have a problem or concern, Cindy and her people will be able to resolve it. A++ rating for this company, and especially for having competent, caring people like Cindy in their employ.
