I called up to cancel my service because I’m moving home and Matthew was so easy to deal with. I’ve been happy with the service throughout and Matthew gave me a great cancellation experience, so when I’m ready, I’d definitely be positive about going back to SimpliSafe.

I had an issue with my keypad not bleeping when I returned home. I contacted customer support and spoke with Nakai. She was able to guide me through the steps required to resolve the issue by testing each of the sensors in the doors. She was courteous, polite and very knowledgeable and we quickly established that the problem was the dead batteries in two of the doors. Nakai provided excellent customer service - a five star job.
