We have received a professional and personal service from simplicity with my fathers requested unattended service. From the first call to arrange the collection and funeral with Michelle, to the commutation with Jennie and ashes returned, we have felt supported and appreciated. All went above and beyond. Was arranging a cremation for a family member who died suddenly without any preparation. We opted for the simple plan as with Covid rampant, not many folks would of been able to attend (or want to) due to high infection rate. Telephoned them, spoke to a lovely call handler called Michelle, who explained everything in detail . I wrote notes to remind myself of what I had to do, as in this situation you are not thinking clearly. I didnt understand one particular part and rang the next day and it was explained to me again. Paperwork was sent quickly and their local office called the next day for details and to get the "green form" sent , so preparations could begin. I felt my loved one was treated with respect and I felt that Michelle dealt with me very compassionately at what can be a awful situation. I got the email telling me the cremation had taken place and the ashes would be delivered in a couple of weeks. Altogether with every thing considered , Simplicity did an excellent job with no stress and up front prices directly given to you . no nasty surprises which i have had before from others. I would definitely recommend Simplicity to help you plan a cremation.

We had a very good experience with Simplicity. The cremation for our late son was quickly arranged and the staff we dealt with were very kind, professional and sensitive. At such a distressful time of our lives, we were lucky to come accross simplicity and we would not hesitate to recommend them.
