Cant cut fasting time. I am starting with a shorter fast period and working up to the longer period

Simply the Best, I can not stop giving Simple the credit they desreve in order to grow, 1. This is Sinple 2. Loaded with knowledge and reminders of not pushing your body or mind to limits that are stupid. Contacting your home doctor and Simple before tou make mistake. 3. Avo which is a magnificint assistance loaded with knowhow. For me a love/hate relationship but Avo was usually correct. 4. No over pushing find your rythm. 5. Simple is a perfect program but remember success is always in your mind but by using Simple your mind creats a simole solution. 6. No advertisement from me I was 142 kgs and now from 89 to 92 kgs steady for long time. 7. This makes my life simple try holding a bag with 40 kg, 8. No surgery to make your stomach smaller. No. extra flaps on my skin. 9. If this is not making life more simple well try telking me that. 10. I am human and I proof my story for anybody whio likes to contact me.

I like the app for the most part. I feel the food logging is way off as far as what’s healthy and what’s not. There should be a more detailed database for the food. Some people on the Facebook page say they are using another app like My Fitness Pal. I’m using the Noom app to log food. I really like seeing the breakdown of what I’m eating. So I’d ask for a better food tracker. I understand the goal isn’t good food/bad food.

Easy and responsive. It’s really keeping me on track and I’ve lost weight! Thank you! Love the self competition part :)

I’ve tried the others (Noom, WW etc) I’ve also followed specific diet plans but I’m really enjoying the fasting because I don’t think much about what to eat, just lean more to the healthy whole food side, but I only think about when I can eat and even then it’s flexible. The daily check-ins with the Simple app help. It’s easy to log what you’ve had to eat, drink, and any exercise. It seems more stress free and the response from the app in terms of suggestions or answering questions is amazing. I’m a fan! Oh and I’m only two weeks in and have managed to drop 6 pounds! I feel less bloated and even though I’m not diabetic (pre diabetic) my sugars have fallen into normal range. If you need to talk to a live person try another program but if you just need encouragement and ideas to improve use the Simple app.
