Simons Tracking Order Status

Simons rejette les candidatures de travailleurs expérimentés. J'ai un profond malaise de voir des offres ( en fait la totalité ) sur Linkedin qui spécifie "PREMIER EMPLOI" à chaque offre. Exemple aujourd'hui très clair: Indeed - Poste affiché commis de bureau et comptabilité. Vous trouverez la mention "démontrer l'intérêt à acquérir de nouvelles connaissances". Simons parle directement a un candidat qui n'a aucune expérience donc exclus automatiquement les travailleurs qualifiés et plus âgés à postuler. Est-ce une garderie ou des gens qualifiés que cette entreprise recrute? inacceptable en RH de fonctionner ainsi... De plus, nous sommes au Québec, l'exigence du bilinguisme est très questionnable.🤔

Je suis désolé pour tout les clients de Simons qui disent avoir de mauvaises expériences avec le service de livraison mais dans mon cas la livraison s’est effectuée dans un délai très raisonnable (3 jours) ! Et le rapport qualité prix des articles est excellent !

I ordered a winter coat online. I received the item within a few days, which was impressive considering most of the reviews here. However, the bottom button was missing, and a sewing thread was hanging instead. It's not a big deal, as the coat comes with extra buttons, but I am very disappointed that a reputable store can be that negligent with clients.

I typically have had okay service with Simon’s online orders, but recently had an order sent to our old address (which has never happened with this retailer). I checked my shipping info in my account and it looks up to date, so I have no idea how this happened. No one was able to help at all.

Simons - Great quality for a decent price and their customer service can't be beat! Easy peasy for returns and super accommodating when looking for exchanges
