Silvertowne Tracking Order Status

Absolutely gorgeous silver coins. So well packaged it was hard for me to get into it. Received within days of ordering.

First time buying bullion online with a great experience. Emailed customer service with quick response, delivery was fast and product is beautiful. Highly recommended.

I recently made two purchases from them: each were five 10 oz. silver bars. I received them in an appropriate amount of time so I am satisfied. They shipped by UPS and that worked out good.

This company sold me 2 rolls of coins and then, within a matter of hours, canceled the order saying that they were out of stock. I suspect they sold my order for more money. They took my payment immediately and now won't issue a refund. I have written to them but they don't reply. I WAS a repeat customer but no more. Luckily, I paid with my Amex card so I will get my money back. This is not a way to do business.
