Silverlight Tracking Order Status

Ordered 3 pairs of socks that took nearly 2 months to arrive and the left sock is larger than the right sock, both say large but clearly different sizes, poor quality control. Socks took nearly 2 months to arrive, tracking didn’t work and website was useless. I’ve bought these before but never again.

Terrible website and customer service, no replies to emails, tracking information does not work. I was lucky that the product did arrive and the socks are good. Wouldn't risk buying from them again though.

Die Socken sind gut aber...! Habe vor Wochen 4 Paar bestellt (Angebot) und möchte nun ein Paar zurückschicken. Ich habe vier mal den Versuche unternommen um ein Label oder eine Adresse zu bekommen um zu retournieren. Immer neue Ausreden. Wenn dann die versprochene Garantie auch so läuft? Würde hier nicht wieder bestellen.

This is a terrible company. I should have checked reviews before ordering. The socks were the wrong size. They are not sending me a return label it’s been over 3 weeks. They offered to give 25% back instead of the full amount. What a scam. Order #44062
