Love the jeans, but trying to get a refund for 1 pair that didn't fit right took over a month and several emails. They were polite, but not helpful at all.

They ignore customer service emails and remove bad reviews. A pair of jeans I bought from them less than six months ago has ripped from poor quality material used. I wore this pair no more than five times, as they were bought soon before it got too hot to wear jeans. Upon wearing them again after cooler weather came back, they split in the inner thigh area. My emails were completely disregarded. A review I left for the pair in question was removed from the site. They are a scam waiting to happen.
