Signs.com Tracking Order Status

Horrible customer service and product. The design team had me pick the car magnets (photo of a car for the product description), but not one magnet attaches to any of my five vehicles. When I called customer service, the lady said unfortunately it was my choice to go with the design team and mo one would refund or replace my purchase. I’m not sure how they got the great reviews but I had a terrible experience and will never use again.

Expedient delivery and quality work

Working with Jesus Perges to get the artwork just right for our firefighter dedication bench. Great communication. I would definitely order more signs. The one thing I would like to find out is to combine orders so there is one shipping costs. Paying shipping that is 1/2 the cost of the sign gives me pause. Other than that, this was a great experience.

The product is just as described. Good quality at a good rate. I wasn’t sure if the design I put on the step and repeat banner was spaced correctly and was happy to know they can review it and adjust it for me before sending the proof and shipping it out.

The sign arrived in a timely manner, and was printed exactly as I designed it. Another printer had indicated he did not want to print the same sign with the borders we use on all our signs because of the possibility that the product can slip while being printed, but Signs.com did it perfectly.
