Sideshow Tracking Order Status

Received a heads up email that my order will ship soon. Well packaged and received on a timely manner. Sideshow does a superb job with communication and customer service and rewards.

My experience was about an item I joined the waitlist for. I was notified waitlisted item I was interested in was available but not promised . I did receive order verification with order # & item would be shipped. Item shipped timely. Thanks guys! On a seperate issue I am disappointed and was left out of preorder opportunities because I don't have a social media account and did not know I would not be e-mailed notifications of preorders going up until too late to order. I've missed out on 3 very limited Hot Toys items as a result. Up until now never have I not been able to preorder an item I wanted. 3 major bummers.

When I have to order figures/statues internationally due to them not being available in Australia I go via Sideshow. Yes it does cost more and shipping is expensive, but it beats not being able to get it at all lol. That said if you are getting things that are quite expensive, keep an eye on the total because go over that $1k AUD and you get hit with customs/duties and it adds up fast.

Nonostante un piccolo ritardo nell'arrivo dell'articolo(doveva arrivare a Dicembre/Gennaio, è arrivato ad Aprile), è andato tutto benissimo. Unico appunto da fare, sulle spese doganali che per chi compra da fuori gli Stati Uniti, diventano un massacro!!!!

My order arrived earlier a day or two earlier than stated and arrived very well packed and in perfect condition. Also, up to date tracking information was provided. Item was as described and am very happy with it.
