Our driver was Jean, he was great. We were worried about making him wait when our bag carousel had technical issues but he was very understanding. Very reasonably priced and an easy company to work with. Will definitely be booking through them again when we return to universal next year

Tell people exactly where to go to be picked up. Maybe have a clear central location to be picked up and not have to run around airport lugging bags and then waiting for close to half an hour because driver says he can't find you. The driver that did pick us up had a dirty car but by then I didn't care
