Shreks Adventures Tracking Order Status

This was a spur of the moment thing with myself and my daughter in law visiting London for the day - no kids- eek! We had the best time ever from start to finish. The actors were really good, interacting with the public and making the experience very personal. My daughter in law and myself had to be rescued from the maze by the baker which made it more unique. I will be definitely taking my 9 grandchildrren back there

Terrible customer experience Despite contacting Shrek adventure and leaving a review on Trustpilot still no response from them. Yes they are happy to take your money but will not take any responsibility when THEY cannot deliver the experience. AVOID like the plague!!

Trying to get a refund for closure of the event and sea life is proving difficult. They need to expedite the process.
