ShopWorn Tracking Order Status

My last experience was very good, but several months ago I wanted to trade my watch and I sent photos of it and NO one every got back to me

I got an email saying "Your Order has been Shipped" with a tracking number a day after placing my order. The fact of the matter was that it had not shipped, and would not ship for another 5 days (including the weekend). The response from customer service was "that's just how we do it" and "it takes 1-2 days to process and I was only on day 1 (order placed on Thursday, this conversation took place on Monday). Long story short, I received the item in great condition, but I was very concerned for several days when my money had been deducted from my account and the tracking number didn't show any information.
