Shopwinedirect Tracking Order Status

Wanted to buy Monte Alban tequila as it’s hard to get here in Sweden, but did a check up about the company first as I’ve never heard of it before. My feeling is, I don’t dare to order. For every bad review, another one pops up immediately after, with a totally opposite 5 star experience! Hmmmmm..? A little too fishy for me.. So, I hope they get better and more consistent reviews. Until then, I wait to order anything.

I have been using Shop wine direct for about 3 years. I take advantage of the 12 bottle specials most times and have never had a bad bottle or experience. The customer service goes way beyond the normal. Matt is courteous, helpful and has helped me sort out my own mistakes... (it happens). I can thoroughly recommend them for the occasional wine drinker, the daily glass or two and the connoisseur. My latest shipment was a recommendation from them as my previous selection was unavailable. Keep it up guys - well done...

I have ordered from several companies on line and Shopwinedirect is by far the best. They delivered within an extremely timely manner and the prices are fantastic!!!!!! I highly recommend this company!!

Great customer service that went beyond the call of duty for my order. I messed up my delivery dates, but they were able to stop shipment, store my wine until I got back, then ship it promptly. Prompt responses to my questions, too. I’ll be back!

My favorite wine is no longer in production and I was able to look to Shopwinedirect to find and ship me an order of that vintage. We have used another online wine shipper before, but Shopwinedirect had this vintage and not them. So we ordered 2 cases - they arrived ahead of schedule, in perfect condition, and without incidence in this mid-west hard winter of which we live smack dab in the middle. It honestly doesn't seem so bad now that i've got my favorite wine. Happy Valentine's Day to me!! Shopwinedirect handled our order professionally, their customer service was quick to respond to all my questions, and their product arrived perfect and in pristine condition. We will definitely use them in the future - after all, I will need another favorite wine before next winter!
