Spring Tracking Order Status

ordered a shirt by an animation creator I enjoy, support what you like and all that. get a shipping window of Nov 26-29, that's thanksgiving week so I figure okay some delays are to be expected in shipping. oh its still...printing. okay maybe its holiday backlog (why give me a 10 day order-to-arrival time then?) contact for an updated shipping window, stuff happens right. This is what I get "In July, one of our primary North American suppliers made changes that significantly impacted production at one of their printing facilities. This location handled a substantial portion of our core items, including t-shirts and hoodies, which led to unexpected delays as we shifted production to other facilities. While our team worked hard to expedite this transition and minimize any interruptions, the process normally takes several months. Unfortunately, this adjustment period affected a percentage of our daily orders, and we understand that any delay is frustrating when you're counting on us to deliver. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards in our service and have since broadened our network of suppliers to better serve you. Thanks to these improvements, we’re now on track to be fully caught up by next week, and we’re confident we’ll soon be back to delivering orders with the reliability you expect from us. We value your trust and are grateful for the opportunity to keep serving you better every day." so a business quarter and change ago... you knew this, could have changed your estimates to reflect this to the customer. I still have zero idea when it'll arrive, probably February from what I now look up on Reddit, Merry Christmas. update: Ooh, ahh I have a shipping label now. call the press.I still don't have high hopes of it arriving in a timely fashion.

I received one of the two products I ordered from Spring, but the second has not yet arrived beyond the initial delivery date. I submitted a ticket for an update but haven’t heard back. I hope to see better communication and service for the artists you work with.

Good customer service. I got a problem, they were easy to contact and solved it. The parcel arrived on time. The sweetshirt I bought looks good quality and the design is very nice.
