Not as good as they claim it to be

Not as good as they claim it to be. Just as difficult to breathe as cloth masks. Didn't notice any difference whatsoever. It is made of a nice soft material but other than that, it wasn't worth paying $19/each. Plus their policy is no returns only if you can prove hardship within 14 days of receipt. Must be unopened and they charge you a restocking fee on top of that. I regret buying $78 worth of this stuff.

Poor breathability, runs small

Very small, even for my sized face. Measured correctly. These are also the worst as far as breathability of all the various masks I and my friend have tried. I ordered these specifically because of all the reviews on reputable sites that said they were super breathable.

Exceptional mask!

It’s true that receiving the masks in the mail takes a bit of time, but it’s a pandemic and there is a huge increase in shipping especially as the holidays near. My experience with everyone I have interacted with has been very accommodating and polite. The masks are far superior to anything else I have tried. It’s an excellent product and if [as another post claimed] “the large size didn’t cover your face” consider an extra large if available? It’s worth it.

Now I'm happy.

I spent the last 2 weeks pretty pissed off with this company. I came here with all intentions of just dogging them out about my order. But I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt since I loved my first masks. so they have this 50% off discount and I thought I ordered large but I received a 6 pack of small instead. At first they didn't respond to any emails I sent and I thought for sure they got me this time but then I saw I had the wrong email address. just in case for anyone that has trouble I reached them almost immediately at support@shopspacemask Their customer service manager Jessica emailed me proof that the mistake was on my side. So I went back and checked the email I got when I placed the order and she was right. I read the return policy and saw there was a fee to return and I told her I saw the policy but I asked if there was anything she can do. She showed empathy and understanding and approved an exchange. I did have to pay the $5.95 shipping fee, which was totally fair. It was my mistake and I take all fault for that. I got my new masks about 4 days ago and I couldn't be happier. I don't spend most of my time adjusting it like I had to with the medical paper ones you get from the hospital. I cycle 10 miles daily and it never makes me overly hot, it's comfy and I can breathe easily and it's not ugly. I'm happy how things were handled and I'll be back.

Companies need to care

I liked the space mask well enough when I first purchased them awhile back and decided to purchase more when I learned about a special promotion. At the end of the purchase process, I was given an option to purchase 6 more at 50% discount. So I decided to purchase the added masks and clicked on the option. A few seconds later I received a confirmation of my second order and noticed that the added order was for adult smalls, not adult large which is what I had originally purchased. So I immediately emailed customer support as they do not offer an phone number to call. I explained the situation and asked to adjust the size of the second order to adult large. I then watched my inbox all day. At the end of the day I received a very succinct email and was told that my order had been processed and there was nothing they could do. They didn’t say the masks had shipped, only that it was in a processed queue. She didn’t offer any advise on how to resolve the problem or how I could return the masks that were the wrong size. I had to email back to ask if I could exchange them upon receipt. This time there was no delay in her reply to me. She simply quoted their return policies and said there would be a surcharge for the return and a surcharge for restocking the masks. She also advised that I had to adhere to their rules exactly or there would be further charges. I have not run into a company with an attitude like this in a long time. The customer service is nonexistent. This company clearly has no interest or ability in resolving issues or creating customer loyalty, or customer satisfaction. The support person came across as overworked and disinterested in assisting me. Since my experience, I read two more reviews lamenting this company’s inferior service. There masks are fine. I liked them but cannot work with a company that sends the message that they are to busy to assist their customers, to resolve issues that may arise. Fortunately there are other mask companies with quality masks as well. My experience is that other mask companies have more efficient websites (to avoid the issue I and others have experienced) and value their customers.
