Planet Blue Tracking Order Status

I ordered what I hoped was a really pretty dress. I made sure I switched to UK sizes and gave the correct size. They sent me the American size, far too big for me. I asked to return it and they tried to fob me off with credit, wanted a photo of the size tag, said I would have to pay for the return cost to Canada. In the end they went silent and I'm £35.00 out of pocket for a terrible quality dress that doesn't even fit me.

They sent me a faulty item and didn't reimburse the cost of return shipping. My item was around 50 dollars and I ended paying almost 20 dollars for the return which they refuse to reimburse. They kept insisting the item isn't faulty enough even I sent the photo of the short being ripped until the point where it reveals the underwear. Who does want to show their underwear when you wear pants? I ended up buying the exact same shorts in Urban Outfitters and the shorts was perfectly fine, no extreme tears till the point to your crotch, so the item was definitely faulty. This is the most disappointing shopping experience I've had. They offered me a 50 dollar voucher but I was sure that I won't shop from them anymore, so I refused. (also, 50 dollars won't cover the shipping cost to UK where I live). By all means, avoid this place and shop elsewhere. They are being extremely cheap not reimbursing the cost of a return caused by their mistakes.

I shop regularly at the Planet Blue store in Santa Monica on Main Street and always have the best shopping experience. The sales associate, Katie, is extremely helpful and consistently helps me find the best clothes that are on trend and that flatter my body. Everything is high quality, definitely recommend this shop. Ask for Katie when you visit the store!
