Maskc Tracking Order Status

I have ordered from Maskc at least 4 maybe 5 times, never disappointed. My orders have always been received with 7 days or less and I googled number on mask to make sure are certified mask. I love their mask!

I was given one of their KN 95 masks and I really liked it. I immediately ordered some. I added two 10 packs to the cart and saw a message saying order one more and get free shipping so I did and then at check out they charged me for shipping. They also claim same day shipping by 2 pm or the next day if after 2pm. Its been almost a week and not even a shipping label has been created. They have no telephone number to call. I emailed customer service and received rude responses that were not complete sentences and they did not refund my shipping fees. Bad customer service.

After a year of purchases of K95 maskcs i have always had excellent service. I receive shipments very quickly. I love the masks. They have been effective and fashionable.

I absolutely love these masks and have been a customer for over a year now. They're super soft and comfy and as a teacher that has to wear them all day, I appreciate that.They also always have great sales going on. I've told all of my friends about them. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing masks and amazing customer service. I've placed numerous orders with this company but I wanted to share this one experience. I placed an order on 12/24 and entered the wrong address and emailed immediately. Luckily, Ashley got back to me and said she was able to update my address right before the holiday! Saved me money and the extra stress lol.
