I love your jewelry OMG that's pretty

It’s middle of May still haven’t received my monobox from April. They are really no help when you try to talk with them . Still no tracking information. Terrible customer service and shipping.

The lady that answers the phone is RUDE! RUDE! Rude. I give customer service a big fat ZERO STARS! I’ve been a customer who’s spent several thousands of dollars over the last couple years. I have ordered almost everything ILJ and LLS has had on their website. Here’s the deal ...the signature ILJ pjs are great and the handbags are great. The mini monobox has been great for my daughter. She has only had one issues getting one duplicate box. The pjs are made well and the most comfortable pjs on the market. At times there are issues with the waste band but, fixable. All of the actual clothing items other than pjs are made cheap, shrink, and get holes in the seams easily. The subscription boxes take 3-4 weeks to receive and often I’ve been sent the wrong items. Many of the items are made cheap, shrink to doll size, and don’t last. Once in a while you will get certain items of good quality and will give you hope for the next order that sometimes ends in disappointment on quality and sizing . I’ve never expected much from the subscription boxes. It’s more about the surprise and something cute to wear once or twice when the sizing is correct and not defective. It’s also nice to have mommy and mini matching items. But...getting the wrong items and boxes you have received the prior month and not getting current boxes is extremely frustrating. The thing that upsets me the most is when being sent something defective the girl who answers the phone wants to argue even after sending in photos of duplicates or new items with holes in them or stains right out of the packaging. Ridiculous!!! My suggestion is if you are reading these reviews you will see that the pjs and handbags are great if you get the correct sizing you ordered and not defective but anything else is a complete coin toss on getting damaged items, duplicates of an item while missing other items, everything shrinking to doll size, poor quality, and If your order does go wrong you will be treated extremely poor by customer service.

I have had their monogram swag bag subscription on and off for years and have never been disappointed. Out of the 50+ orders, there has only been one error in my monogram. Customer service was extremely friendly, answered my email within 24 hours, and shipped my replacement the same week. I will continue to be a regular subscriber and customer for years to come.

I am really shocked at so many poor reviews! I ordered on January 2nd + received my order January 13th. The monogrammed pajamas are super cute, buttery soft and classy. I received the complimentary monogrammed reindeer booties which are adorable!!! They did provide shipping updates + confirmation of delivery. The only con is the waistband is uncomfortable, thick and tighter than the rest of the pajamas, it already is all twisted + I only just tried them on. I will have to find a way to switch out that terrible elastic band which is unfortunate. It appears there have been numerous complaints about the waistband, if they switch it out to make it more comfortable so it doesn't twist or make it a drawstring, they will be perfect. They are 100% polyester for those who are wondering but sooo soft! I am typically a medium or large but ordered the XL/2XL option as I wasn't sure if the medium/large would be snug + everyone encouraged to size up. They are perfect!!! Such a great company with cute items, I had zero service issues but many have from the reviews so I hope they can heed the feedback so many people can enjoy their unique offerings! Glad I took a chance on them!!
