Shopee bán nhiều hàng hơn các trang web khác. Lên đây có nhiều lựa chọn hơn. Nhưng Shopee không chịu trách nhiệm cho sản phẩm bán trên website của họ. Hàng thật, hàng nhái, hàng cao cấp hay kém chất lượng gì thì mình phải liên hệ với người bán và tự chịu trách nhiệm cho sản phẩm mua về. Nếu mua hàng có giá trị lớn thì bạn chỉ nên mua trên gian hàng chính hãng, với thanh toán khi nhận hàng.

You almost find everything on Shopee but be careful with the quality. Not many trustworthy reviews on the products as the shops on Shopee buy a lot of good reviews. Delivery is assigned to some delivery service providers (SPs) automatically by the website and some of the SPs are slow and unreliable either. Sellers and buyers cannot choose their preferred delivery SPs for each shipment, which is the most stupid parts. I personally don’t like Shopee’s CS team as they are barely competent and mostly use templates for response, not customized or personalized that I truly doubt if they understand my issues and concerns.

I sometimes encounter bugs. My wallet was disconnected many times. The packages take a long time to deliver.
