I A-B-S-O-L-U-T-E-L-Y LOVE this store!! This is my go-to for unique, bold and beautiful looks. Whoever their clothing curator is or team is, is doing a phenomenal job. I love the fact that I can shop here and find garments that you can't find ANYWHERE else. I've received sooo many compliments on pieces that I have worn from this store. If I want to stand out in a crowd, I go here. Half my shoe closet.....has come from this store alone. I've been a customer since the beginning of 2022 and have not been disappointed. I buy everything from their online store since I don't live in the vicinity of their physical store. Keep doing what you are doing!

personally I was scared seeing all the negative comments but my personal experience was very good! items exactly like on the pictures, happy of the quality and it arrived very fast with UPS!

I ordered the Blue Snakeskin Jacket in a 3XL about a week after Christmas. I got my jacket in a week and a half but I'm very satisfied with it! It's beautiful & fits perfectly! I'll continue to shop with Akira as long as I don't have any issues. I was also able to get some points and saved a few dollars as well! Hopefully the other shoppers will have better transactions next time!

I was really leary about ordering from Akira after reading the reviews. So here is my experience: called customer service to find out what method of delivery they be using (UPS) I used the feature where they would hold your place in queue and call my number back I received a call back five minutes later and they were helpful and very nice. I received my order a day earlier than the estimated date and was extremely pleased with the items. True to size and the pictures were spot on to the item. I will be ordering agin

I had a bit of trouble initially placing my order but once I did it was smooth sailing . I live in Canada and I got my package within 2 weeks of placing my order.. very happy with my purchase . Item is exactly as described/shown on website.
