Product ordered was a fraction of the price compared to other suppliers! Also customer support are very helpful, on checkout it was stated that any import duties/taxes were included with the free delivery, but I was issued an import charge by Fedex prior to delivery. I contacted customer support and they paid the outstanding import duty! Thanks and great service!

Bought Philips Lumea, they had the latest model, which wasn't available from any other retailers in Ireland. They were also better on price then any other retailers. Item arrived within a couple of days and was well packaged. DHL charged me for duty taxes and VAT but Shop4Body refunded me when I contacted them. All in all, a very good experience and I will be using them again in the future.

Hard to find the Lumea products in Canada, so I was a bit reluctant to order from SHOPY4BODY since I had never before, the high amount of positive reviews on this site convinced me to try. Ordered a Lumea IPL BRI956 and was sent from UK to Canada, I got it at home in 5 days. Fedex charged me for duty fees and SHOPY4BODY simply refunded me the amount without delay, making sure my total was what showed on the order (Price itself was good already all things considered). Great experience overall. Will buy again if they have a product I am interested.
