Shoes of Prey Tracking Order Status

So sad that Shoes of Prey are gone. They sold a fabulous product, friendly, staff, who went beyond, shoes that one could design for oneself, that were so comfortable, that I would only buy from Shoes of Prey. I am very sad that they are gone. Anything negative, would have to be in the minority, or not at all, or from someone with an agenda. That is how good this company was. Please come back.

I checked reviews online to make sure I wasn’t wasting £150 on internet shoes, but this company is genuine and my shoes are beautiful. Arrived within 10 days of ordering. Only whinge was with the crap DHL delivery guy, but that’s DHL. Fantastic returns service. Although I used their online size guide my shoes were too small so I asked for them to be remade in a bigger size. Considering these are personalised and made to order I think this is exceptional customer service. Particularly as they also credited my postage which was £20 towards my next pair of shoes. Now I have found my perfect size I will be ordering many pairs from here.

Not believing these reviews. I am convinced that the company pays for phony reviews. i ordered shoes three weeks ago, with no information as to delivery date. When i try to contact the company, i get canned email answers, and only marketing cr** in my email (automated). Finally, I got a call from a "Celeste" who promised to send me a confirmation email that my shoes would be delivered by April 2 and she told me that they were delayed by Chinese New Year. As expected, no such email confirmation has arrived. It's strange that their marketing materials can reach me but their "in person" emails cannot. i believe this company is fraudulent and that these reviews are paid-for and phony. UPDATE: a real person, Celeste, finally called me, based on my emails... and we worked out the problem... Their regular emails were not making it to me, but somehow their marketing emails were. Anyway, she called several times to assure me that my shoes were on the way. SHE EXPEDITED MY ORDER AND THE SHOES ARRIVED: GORGEOUS... EXTREMELY WELL MADE... PACKAGED LIKE THEY COST A FORTUNE.,.. AND PERFECT FIT. Celeste explained that their Chinese New Year had interrupted their deliveries for over two weeks. I informed her that I think they need to inform their customers of the delay expected, and respond more quickly to emails, not just the "canned responses". But to their credit, Celeste bent over backwards to reassure me, and to get my shoes delivered. I also mentioned the lack of negative reviews looks suspicious on their website. The company is NOT fraudulent, but gets lost in the pack of those who are, because they need to be more responsive. BEAUTIFUL, GORGEOUS, WELL-MADE SHOES.... Buy them, but be very careful about your delivery timing.

i usually dont review. But i must say i loved shoes from shoesofprey. Shoes are so well made that i just want to adore the hands that made them. Thank you so much. <3
