Shoes.com Tracking Order Status

I'm sad shoes .com is having problems I have bought many shoes from this company and have never had an issue. sad to see you leave. Was trying to by shoes tonight, thank you all, have always had a great experience.

Beautiful products, but I don't know Authentic are your quality.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size, so wanted to return or exchange. Very unhappy to find out that they charge an $8.50 restocking fee. Wish I could exchange them but the shoe I chose evidently is no longer available in the five days since I ordered. Frustrated and disappointed to spend $20 on shoes (incl. shipping) and would only get $3.50 back if I returned them.

Purchased 5 pairs of shoes for the family, all came exactly as advertised with fast delivery and packaged very well.

Most of the time they do well. This last time (May 2021) was crazy. We bought 2 items. When they were received 1 pair was in terrible condition. Should never had been shipped. Contacted Shoe.com by email the first time and followed up a week later. NO REPLY!!! I tried calling, useless!!! I called my bank and received a full credit. I know companies are using this Covid as an excuse. I see it here locally, customer service is atrocious!!! I think people just don't want to work!!!
