I ordered some shoes online (I didn’t realise there was a Pavers shop close to me), they arrived but were a bit too big. I asked Alexa where the nearest store was and was delighted it was local to me. I rang the store and was fortunate to speak to Craig at the Solihull store in Notcutts. Craig couldn’t have been more helpful and I agreed to go to the store. When I got there, a young man approached me to ask if I was exchanging shoes and to my surprise it was Craig, he had come out of the staff room from his lunch to assist me which I think is absolutely amazing. He was so patient and helped me select a pair of shoes to suit me. Craig was friendly, knowledgeable and a credit to Pavers. Thank you.
