Purchased both the Baby and Toddler baths and very happy with them. After a couple of years wear & tear the backrest needed replaced. Shnuggle kindly offered replacement ones, with only minimal delivery charge to be paid. The bath jug is super handy too for washing hair with as little fuss as possible.

I started using this lamp for night feeds with our newborn on the 10/11/22, it work ok for three night and then started switching itself off after 3 minutes. As I’d purchased it on the 10.10.22 I had to contact the manufacturer and got this response Thanks for your email. I am sorry to hear that you have been experiencing issues with your Moonlight. We do advise the following troubleshooting tips, which typically resolve any issues - 1. Check the voltage of the plug you are using with the USB cable, the plug needs to be rated 5V DC plug and less than or equal to 5Amp (5A) 2. Change the USB cable to a different one 3. Try the unit in a different mode (parent vs child) 5. Switch everything off from the mains and wait a minute or 2 to reboot everything, turn the on/ off button on again 6. Try the light in a different plug socket in your house 7. Ensure the on button is clicked in on the bottom of the moonlight. Please let me know if the above solves the issue. I think it’s ridiculous that after less than a week of use it is not working and the manufacture tells me replace usb cables myself?? I’ll be contacting trading standards if this isn’t resolved. Wish I’d never bought it now, looks like I’ll be buying an alternation for night feeds as this company is so unhelpful.

We love our shnuggle bath and bamboo cloths. We sit the bath in the main bath and it feels very safe. I have used it with my eldest (now 5) when she was little with no issues. When my new baby had issues with the bath rubbing his little toes because he is so active, I was sent a new updated bath to test and it did not disappoint. The material is extremely smooth, my baby sits comfortably and loves bath time with no issues. The added feature of the plug is really useful and avoids big splashes when emptying the bath. It looks super stylish in the bathroom and means we use so much less water. We will definitely be moving to the bigger version when the time comes. Oh and the bamboo cloths are super soft but super strong! Really pleased

To start with, I've no problem with the Shnuggle bath. That product is great for bathing a young child. The problem I have is with the folding bath stand accessory. Whilst bathing our daughter, the bath fell through the stand with our daughter still in it. She escaped major injury but required a trip to A&E as a result. There are several reports of this happening online, so isn't a one-off isolated incident. Shnuggle claim the product is safe and in all our correspondence with them have blamed user error for this issue. Shnuggle also knew about this issue since July 2021 and made no effort to inform parents of this hazard. Meaning, had they acted sooner, our daughter's fall could have been avoided. They've just released a 'safety strap' but given their own testing process failed to find this issue that has affected so many customers, it's hard to have any faith in this as a solution. I implore anyone using the folding bath stand to stop using immediately and place the bath on a sturdier surface ie the floor or a table.

I am a massive Shnuggle fan! I bought a baby bath then a toddler bath (used daily!) The headrest on my toddler bath eventually came off after much use, I asked for advice on what to use to reattach it and instead was sent a full headrest replacement. Fantastic customer service - thank you. Now waiting for you to bring out the adult bath 😂
