Shipt Tracking Order Status

Marlena Rae☆☆☆☆☆!!!! I saw that my order was missing my cabbage and I rated my delivery driver prematurely like an idiot. I rated her 4 stars. Then, I unpack my order. Wow!!! 5 stars ☆☆☆☆☆ across the board and it would be much higher if possible. The best anyone could had done. I was so impressed I'd tip her a $100 if I had it. I can't go back but she should get a raise. She gives the upmost highest standard of customer service in a world where it doesn't exist anymore.. so impressive!! Thank you!!

As a worker with Shipt I experienced that they are to harsh on their workers. I literally started two weeks ago and delivered 50 orders in New York City. They deactivated my account with no warning or phone call or anything. What a way to treat your workers! All they sent was an email that said If you don’t have 90 percent on time in your first 50 orders we deactivating your account. So I’m guessing it about tardiness for deliveries. When I first started they were giving me one order at a time then after 10 order every single order is two locations and sometime you have four locations to go to with two bundle orders within the same 1hr window In New York City one of the busiest cities in united states. So that being said I understand I didn’t complete 90 percent orders on time but everyone deserves a second chance.It was simple as suspending me and then I would know not to take up so many orders but permanently taking me off the app is crazy.

My deliverer was Darlene!! And she did amazing!! She delivered in under 45 minutes!!

Well it's been awhile since I wrote a review It's still rough Time to time but overall I make quick fast money.I do hate some things about it still #1 exclude friendlyness is the worst feature it needs to go ASAP No increase pay because of weather this application can be Aplus status please fix error check out

Horrible service with my second order the order is supposed to be here by 11 but the shopper keeps picking up accepting more orders before delivering mine and it said I wouldn’t get my delivery ALMOST AN HOUR AFTER IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE TO MY HOUSE! The shopper didn’t even communicate with me about what the delay was! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I gave 2 stars because the first shopper actually communicated with me and was very courteous.
