I was going to order a suit for the Kentucky Derby but the blazer was out of stock. I contacted customer support and the blazer was not going to be back in stock in time. I decided to order the pants anyway but noticed a price difference when ordering separates. I contacted support again and asked if I could get the pants for the same price as if I was ordering the suit. I didn’t expect them to say yes but got a very quick response from customer service with a discount code that almost made up for the difference in price. Awesome customer service.

I've already fallen in love with Shinesty's boxer shorts. The way the hammock cradles the balls is unbeatable. The increase in bulge is definitely noticeable and my girlfriend loves it. I decided to try a slightly different style of boxer shorts and they fit a bit differently. I reached out to Shinesty and their customer service was amazing. Tin made things right and made me feel appreciated. Way to go Shinesty!

Been a customer for 1.5 years and my wife and I enjoy the comfortable and fun clothes on the daily. I would rate 5 stars on that alone, but the customer service deserves it too. I have a monthly couples subscription, and we unfortunately got the same print two months in a row. I contacted customer service to see how we could prevent that in the future. They apologized, made it right and explained how they were working to prevent the issue in the future. Fast and friendly - Tin and the team get a gold star.
