ShelterLogic Tracking Order Status

Bought a 10 x 8 x 20 and had problems, and Martine provided an excellent service, sending me a new unit. The product however could be improved much : 1- removing of burrs 2- a tighter fitting between all the parts 3- a 45° bar at each extremities would give structure more resistance to the wind.

We purchased the 13 x 20 x 12 shelter logic garage. Some issues arose with the construction of the unit. I called the company and received prompt service from their representative to rectify the issue. Very pleased with the service. Would recommend this product to anyone and would certainly purchase their product again if need be.
