SHEGLAM Tracking Order Status

I bought a lipstick from this product, it broke in few days.

I ordered “love stained lip tint marker” I loved the color but almost like half an hour later my lips started burning and I couldn’t stop scratching them so I got rid of it but I loved the Rick and Morty lipgloss - rick, I love the color I didn’t think it was going to have enough blue but it’s exactly the shade I like

Did I receive the product? yes Was the product awful? Yes Was the customer service helpful? No I bought three diffrent shades of the stick Fondation. Sand, Butterscotch, and honey. Note: sand and Butterscotch are three shade apart, and honey in between. I received the three sticks but all of them were the same shade! No difference! They were also very cakey when applied, yes I used moisturizer prior. The advertisement was for full coverage to cover tatoos. Disappointingly they were not, very cakey and see through. Light coverage didn't even cover small freckles. It lasted approximately 2 hours. Soooo Disappointing. I reached out to customer service. They declined any refunds or help.

I really don't get the negative reviews? This makeup 💄 is beautiful! I feel so glamorous wearing these beautiful pigmented highlighters! Gorgeous blush! Love the light pink🩷 finishing powder, Sparkles and really helps my beautiful makeup stay on my face! I'm ready to order more!! I highly recommend this makeup 💎
